Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

This policy explains what information AIPick collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. AIPick is operated by NeuroTeam LLC. This page is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.

1. Categories of data we collect

Depending on how you use AIPick, we may collect the following categories of information:

2. Sources of data

We collect this information from you directly; from accounts you connect, such as a Google Business Profile; from public sources; from AI and search providers; from our analytics, payment, email, and support providers; and from our own internal usage logs.

3. How we use data

We use your information to provide scans, reports, and receipts; generate recommendations; perform customer-approved Managed Services; maintain your account and subscription; process billing and prevent fraud; provide support; maintain security and debug and prevent abuse; comply with legal obligations; improve our product; and, subject to your opt-out, send marketing communications. We may also use aggregated or de-identified analytics. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-Party AI Processing

To provide the Services, AIPick may submit prompts, business information, public listing information, website content, location/category information, scan parameters, and related metadata (“Customer Business Data”) to third-party artificial intelligence, search, data, and infrastructure providers (“AI Providers”). AI Providers may include OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Perplexity, xAI, Anthropic, and other providers that we use from time to time.

The Customer Business Data we submit may include your business name, website URL, business address or service area, business categories, publicly available business profile information, customer-provided descriptions, prompts used to test AI visibility, scan timestamps, model/provider identifiers, and AI-generated responses or excerpts. We do not intentionally submit payment card numbers, account passwords, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information to AI Providers, and you should not provide such information to the Services unless we expressly request it for a specific purpose.

AI Providers process Customer Business Data under their own terms, privacy policies, data processing terms, retention practices, security practices, and model improvement/training settings. Where commercially available and appropriate, we use business, API, enterprise, or similar provider configurations intended to restrict use of Customer Business Data for provider model training. However, provider practices may vary by product, configuration, region, and time, and AIPick does not control third-party AI systems or their outputs.

By using the Services, you understand that Customer Business Data and prompts may be transmitted to and processed by AI Providers and other service providers in the United States and other jurisdictions. We maintain a list of material subprocessors or service providers upon request or in our published subprocessor list.

5. AI Receipts and Excerpts

Receipts are point-in-time excerpts and metadata showing what an AI assistant returned under specific conditions. We store sanitized excerpts where possible. Raw prompts and outputs may be retained temporarily for debugging, support, fraud and security, or audit. You can request deletion or export of your data. Because AI answers may mention competitors, reports may contain public third-party business names.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information and Customer Business Data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain security. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and the purpose of processing.

We generally retain account information for the life of your account; billing and transaction records for the period required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes; scan reports and receipts for the life of your account or the retention period associated with your plan; raw prompts, raw AI outputs, and technical logs only as long as reasonably needed for service operation, debugging, support, security, and audit purposes; OAuth tokens until access is revoked or no longer needed; and unsubscribe records as long as needed to honor your marketing opt-out.

You may request deletion of your account or certain data by contacting support@tryaipick.com. We may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, including records needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, accounting, or to honor opt-out requests.

Data type Retention
Account dataAccount lifetime + up to 90 days after a deletion request, unless legal retention is required
Billing / invoice records7 years, or the legally required accounting/tax period
Payment tokens / full card dataNot stored by AIPick; Stripe handles payment data
Scan reports / receiptsAccount lifetime, or a shorter plan-specific period; deleted within 90 days after account deletion unless needed for legal/security
Raw AI prompts / outputs / logsMinimized; typically 30–90 days unless needed for support, security, or audit
Managed approval / change logsAt least 3 years after the last managed action or account termination, because they prove authorization
OAuth tokensUntil revoked, account deletion, or no longer needed
Marketing suppression / unsubscribe recordsAs long as needed to honor your opt-out
Security logs90 days to 1 year, depending on risk

7. Connected Accounts and Managed Access

If you connect a third-party account, such as a Google Business Profile, website, content management system, analytics account, or other business tool, we may collect and process information made available through that connection, including account identifiers, profile/listing information, permissions/scopes, public business content, performance or diagnostic data, and change/approval logs.

We use connected account data to provide the Services, generate reports and recommendations, and perform customer-approved Managed Services. We use commercially reasonable efforts to limit access to the permissions needed for the Services. You may revoke our access through the third-party platform or by contacting us, but revocation may limit or prevent the Services from functioning.

8. How we share data

We share data with: AI providers; cloud hosting providers; our payment processor, Stripe; email, CRM, and support providers; analytics and cookie providers; contractors and advisors; legal, compliance, and safety recipients where required; parties to a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition; and customer-authorized connected services. We do not sell your personal information.

9. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

At launch we use only essential cookies and basic analytics needed to operate and improve the Services. We do not use Meta or Google advertising or retargeting pixels at this time. If we later add targeted advertising, we will update this policy and provide the required opt-out controls, including a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” / “Your Privacy Choices” mechanism and Global Privacy Control handling where applicable.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal information; to opt out of certain processing such as sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain automated decision-making; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; to withdraw consent; to object to or restrict processing; and to appeal our decision regarding a privacy request.

To exercise privacy rights, contact support@tryaipick.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification and proof of authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

11. GDPR / UK GDPR

The Services are intended for business users located in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We do not currently market the Services to the EU or UK. If we accept EU or UK customers in the future, we will provide the additional disclosures and mechanisms (such as lawful bases, controller/processor roles, a data processing agreement, a subprocessor list, and appropriate cross-border transfer safeguards) that those laws require.

12. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege access, OAuth instead of password sharing, logging, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Children

AIPick is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
