Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AIPick, operated by NeuroTeam LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. This page is a standard set of service terms and is provided for transparency; it is not legal advice.
1. What AIPick is — and what it is not
AIPick provides AI visibility monitoring: point-in-time sampling of how third-party AI assistants and search/listing services answer common customer questions, capture of receipts and excerpts from those answers, recommendations for improving your public business information, and optional managed implementation of changes you approve.
AIPick is not an SEO ranking service, a guaranteed lead-generation service, a guaranteed AI recommendation service, a Google Business Profile recovery or suspension-protection service, and AIPick does not control AI answers. We provide information and suggestions; we do not modify your website or any third-party platform unless you purchase Managed Services and approve a specific change.
2. AI Results; No Guarantees
AIPick provides monitoring, sampling, reporting, and recommendation tools intended to help businesses understand and improve how they may appear in responses generated by third-party artificial intelligence assistants, search systems, map/listing services, and related platforms (“Third-Party Platforms”).
You acknowledge that AI-generated responses and search/listing results are probabilistic, dynamic, personalized, location-dependent, time-sensitive, and controlled by third parties. The results may vary based on prompts, model versions, user context, location settings, account state, device, language, data sources, third-party ranking systems, safety systems, and other factors outside AIPick's control.
AIPick does not guarantee that any Third-Party Platform will mention, recommend, rank, display, classify, index, cite, summarize, or continue to mention, recommend, rank, display, classify, index, cite, or summarize your business in any particular way. AIPick does not guarantee any ranking, placement, visibility score, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, conversion, reputation outcome, Google Business Profile outcome, search engine outcome, or AI assistant output.
Reports, receipts, excerpts, visibility scores, and recommendations are point-in-time samples and directional information only. They are not a comprehensive audit of all possible prompts, locations, users, model versions, or third-party systems, and they should not be treated as proof of market share, advertising substantiation, legal compliance, or guaranteed future performance.
Recommendations provided through the Services are informational and operational in nature. You are responsible for independently reviewing, approving, and deciding whether to implement any recommendation or change.
3. Customer Authority; Permitted Monitoring
You may use the Services to monitor your own business and relevant market/category prompts. You may not use the Services to impersonate, harass, defame, attack, scrape, or unlawfully monitor a third-party business, or to obtain access to any account, listing, profile, website, or system that you do not own or have authorization to manage.
AI-generated responses may mention competitors, third-party businesses, public reviews, public listings, or other publicly available information. Such references are provided as part of point-in-time visibility monitoring and do not imply endorsement, verification, or a right to use third-party trademarks except as legally permitted.
You represent that you own or are authorized to represent the business you submit, that the business information you provide is accurate, that you have the rights to any content, logos, photos, or claims you provide, that you will not submit sensitive personal data unless we expressly request it, and that you will review recommendations and approved edits before publication.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services for any of the following:
- creating, soliciting, or distributing fake, paid, incentivized, or AI-generated fake reviews; review gating; or selectively soliciting only positive reviews;
- impersonating customers, competitors, or platforms such as Google or OpenAI; or making false competitor claims;
- illegal scraping, rate-limit bypass, bot abuse, reverse-engineering, or sharing credentials;
- submitting private or sensitive personal data into prompts;
- using AIPick outputs as legal, SEO, marketing, or advertising substantiation without independent review;
- publishing AI-generated content without human review;
- attempting to disrupt, attack, or interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
5. Reviews, Testimonials, and Rating Manipulation
You may not use the Services to create, purchase, sell, request, facilitate, publish, or distribute fake, false, misleading, incentivized, biased, or deceptive reviews, ratings, testimonials, endorsements, social proof, or other reputation signals. You may not use the Services to selectively solicit only positive reviews, discourage or suppress negative reviews, request that reviewers include specific content that does not reflect their genuine experience, impersonate customers, post on a competitor's profile, or otherwise manipulate ratings or reviews.
If AIPick provides drafts for review responses, Q&A responses, business descriptions, or similar content, those drafts must be reviewed and approved by you before use and must comply with applicable platform policies and law.
6. Managed Services; Customer Authorization and Approval
If you purchase or enable managed implementation services (“Managed Services”), you authorize AIPick and its personnel or contractors to access only the accounts, profiles, websites, content management systems, listings, or other properties that you designate for the purpose of preparing, submitting, or implementing changes approved by you.
You represent and warrant that you own, control, or are duly authorized to grant AIPick access to each account, profile, website, Google Business Profile, listing, or other property connected to the Services. You must remain the owner, co-owner, administrator, or equivalent controlling party for your business profiles and accounts. AIPick should be added as a manager, authorized representative, or service provider where possible, and you should not share personal passwords with AIPick unless no safer access method is available and AIPick has expressly agreed to that method.
AIPick will not intentionally publish, submit, or apply a public-facing Managed Services change to your website, Google Business Profile, business listing, or similar property unless you have approved that change through the Services, email, ticket, written instruction, recorded workflow, or another approval method we make available. Each approval may identify the proposed change, the affected property or page, the approving user, and the approval timestamp. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy, legality, and suitability of each approved change before approval.
You are solely responsible for the truthfulness and legality of your business information, claims, offers, prices, licenses, credentials, photos, descriptions, service areas, hours, and other content. AIPick is not responsible for consequences caused by inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, outdated, or incomplete information provided or approved by you.
You may revoke AIPick's Managed Services access at any time by removing our access from the relevant account or by contacting us. Upon termination of Managed Services or your written request, AIPick will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove or relinquish the relevant permissions within a reasonable time and, for Google Business Profile management, within the time required by applicable Google third-party policies where those policies apply. Revoking access may limit or prevent AIPick from providing Managed Services.
7. No Professional Advice
AIPick recommendations are informational and operational. They are not legal advice, tax or accounting advice, a professional SEO guarantee, advertising substantiation, a compliance guarantee, or a Google reinstatement guarantee. You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate before relying on or acting on any recommendation.
8. AI-Generated Content; Similar Outputs
As between you and AIPick, you retain ownership of the business information, content, images, trademarks, and other materials you provide to the Services (“Customer Content”). You grant AIPick a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, modify, and use Customer Content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services, including by submitting Customer Content to service providers and AI Providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
AIPick and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, software, workflows, prompts, templates, scoring methods, analytics, know-how, and other technology. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AIPick grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use reports, recommendations, drafts, and other outputs generated for your account for your internal business purposes and for improving your own business presence.
AI-generated outputs may be similar or identical across customers, may contain errors, and may not be unique. AIPick does not guarantee that any output is protectable by copyright, free of third-party rights, non-infringing, accurate, complete, or suitable for publication. You are responsible for human review and approval before publishing or relying on any output.
9. Third-Party Platforms
The Services may interoperate with or provide information about third-party platforms and services, including AI providers, search engines, map/listing services, Google Business Profile, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, and communication tools. Your use of third-party platforms may be subject to their separate terms, policies, fees, limits, and enforcement actions.
AIPick does not control Third-Party Platforms and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, outputs, rankings, policies, account actions, suspensions, API changes, rate limits, data practices, or service interruptions. AIPick's references to third-party names or marks are for identification purposes only and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
10. Subscriptions, Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds
Paid plans are subscription services that renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the then-current billing period. Before you subscribe, we will disclose the plan price, billing interval, renewal terms, and any trial or promotional terms. By starting a paid plan, you authorize AIPick and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for subscription fees, applicable taxes, and other charges you authorize.
You may cancel your subscription through the account settings if available or by contacting support at support@tryaipick.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past charges unless our refund policy applies.
We offer a 30-day money-back policy for first-time paid customers who do not see value from the Services. This refund policy is a satisfaction/value policy and is not a guarantee of AI recommendations, rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or any other business outcome. Abuse of refunds, repeated refund requests, or violation of these Terms may make you ineligible for a refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIPick and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, enhanced, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost revenue; lost savings; lost business opportunity; loss of goodwill; loss of data; business interruption; reputational harm; loss of traffic, leads, rankings, recommendations, or visibility; or third-party platform actions, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIPick's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to AIPick for the Services giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months before the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIPick and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to: (a) Customer Content or business information you provide, approve, publish, or authorize; (b) your use of the Services; (c) your breach of these Terms; (d) your violation of law or third-party rights; (e) your violation of any third-party platform terms or policies; (f) your authorization, approval, or implementation of Managed Services changes; or (g) any allegation that information or content provided or approved by you is false, misleading, infringing, defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise harmful.
13. Trademarks; No Affiliation
AIPick is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Perplexity, xAI, Anthropic, Stripe, or any other third-party platform. Any use of third-party names, logos, or marks is descriptive and nominative — for identification purposes only — and does not imply any partnership or endorsement.
14. Termination, Suspension, and Access Removal
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, for nonpayment; abuse of the Services; fake reviews or review manipulation; unauthorized access; violation of these Terms or of any AI provider or platform API policy; legal risk; or a request from a platform or provider. Where Managed Services are involved, suspension or termination may also result in removal or relinquishment of our access to your connected accounts as described in Section 6.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
